Your always-on get-lean partner

Getting lean is hard. Doing it alone is harder.

With doubles, you build your own get-lean AI partner. Think of a friend who's done it before, knows the ropes and tells you the truth. It lives in your phone, knows your numbers and never gets tired of your questions.

I've tried getting lean before. It never sticks.
OttoThat's because you were doing it alone. Tell me your reason and your date. I'll do the math and stay on you until you get there.
The cruise. November.
OttoLove it. About a pound a week. Let's build your plan.

Build your plan

Tell your partner your reason. They'll show you how.

  1. Pick your reason. The cruise, the wedding, or just looking and feeling hotter. All valid.
  2. Pick a time frame.A date that matters, or no date at all.
  3. Share how active you are.Lifting, running, pickleball, a lot of walking. Whatever you already do.
  4. Get your personalized plan. Two numbers a day and a pace that fits your life.

Built on the boring science that works: a steady calorie deficit and plenty of protein. No banned foods, no detox, no weird tricks.

How it works

Fill two vessels. Hit the bullseye.

Your whole day comes down to two numbers. Land within 5% of your calories, hit your protein minimum, and you're golden.

0
of 2,000 cal

Calories

Land in the zone.

Anywhere within 5% of your target is a bullseye, and the check mark shows up. Over one day? That's one day. No starving to make up for it.

0
of 180 g protein

Protein

Hit the minimum.

Go over if you want. Protein keeps your muscle while the fat comes off, so you look leaner, not just smaller.

Activity

Keep moving. We'll keep count.

Workouts, daily steps and Saturday pickleball sync automatically from Apple Health, or log anything yourself. Staying active is part of getting lean, so your partner watches your baseline. Keep your routine as it is, or ask what you could add.

Questions

Do I have to weigh my food?

Nope. Say it, snap it or tap one of your usuals. Close is good enough, and you can fix any number.

Is this a diet?

No. Nothing's banned. You get two numbers to hit and a partner who helps you hit them.

How fast will I get lean?

The suggested pace is about half a percent of your body weight a week. That's roughly a pound a week at 180 lb. You can pick slower or faster when you build your plan.

Is this for me?

If you're active and want to look leaner, yes. doubles handles the food side. It doesn't plan your workouts, but it does count them.

Can I change my partner later?

Any time. Rename it, switch its personality or change its look. Your plan stays exactly the same.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. A watch makes steps and workouts automatic through Apple Health, but everything works from your iPhone.

What if I cancel?

Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Your history is still yours to read and export.

What about my data?

It's stored on your phone and synced to your account. Food photos, voice notes and messages go through our server to AI providers to estimate food and write replies. We never sell your data or use it for ads.

Android?

Not yet. iPhone in the US for now.
